Cyakora, iteka rya Minisitiri w’Ubuzima riteganya ibigomba kubahirizwa mbere yo gutanga iyo serivisi, ryagenaga ko itangirwa ku kigo cy’ubuvuzi cya Leta cyangwa icyigenga kiri ku rwego rw’ibitaro cyangwa urwa polikilinike.
Iyi ni ingingo yariteje imbogamizi, nk’uko bishimangirwa n’Umuryango HDI [Health Development Initiative] ndetse na Réseau des Femmes.
Sengoga Christopher, Umuyobozi muri HDI, Ushinzwe ibikorwa by’Ubuvugizi n’Uburenganzi ku buzima yagize ati “Byagiye biba imbogamizi kenshi kuko ubuvuzi usanga mu Rwanda umuturage ahera ku kigo nderabuzima.”
Uwimana Xaverine, Umuyobozi wa Réseau des Femmes na we yagiz ati “Kugira ngo uwo muntu ukeneye iyo serivisi azagere ku bitaro, ari bimwe mu karere, kandi muzi uko akarere kangana, wasangaga ari imbogamizi.”

Uwimana Xaverine uyobora Réseau des Femmes na we avuga ko “Habayeho kuborohereza kugira ngo n’iyo serivisi bayibone hafi kandi bayihabwe nta mananiza.”

Leonidas avuga ko kandi hari abakozi bahuguwe gukoresha Echography ku buryo nta mbogamizi bagira. Ati “Ubu dufite abakozi babiri bahuguwe.” Ashimangira ko “Ubu ngubu ku kigo nderabuzima, umubyaza cyangwa umuforomo aba ashobora kunyuza umudamu muri Echography.”
