We inform you that the named NSENGAYIRE Baudouin, son/daughter of Ruhogo Mathias and
Ingabire Mukagatare Catherine, domiciled at Byimana village, Kanserege cell, Kagarama sector,
Kicukiro district, in the City of Kigali applied for the authorization of the change of name from his
current name NSENGAYIRE Baudouin to be called RANEZA BOBO Baudouin in the National
Population Registry. The reason for the change of name is that Matching my identification with the
one in my other passport.
