According to the figures from the ministry of health in Rwanda ( Minisante), as of Wednesday 02 October 2024, one person died from Marbug Virus Disease. 11 people have died so far from the disease.
Minisante also confiemed 7 new cases of marbug disease and the total number of confirmed cases icreased to 36.
25 people are now in isolation nd on treatment.
