We inform you that the named BYIRINGIRO Geofrey, son/daughter of Sebutekera Simon and MUKANGARAMBE Henriette, domiciled at Karama village, Karama cell, Karangazi sector, Nyagatare district, in the Eastern Province applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name BYIRINGIRO Geofrey to be called NDEMEZO Geofrey in the National Population Registry.
The reason for the change of name is that It is a name given by my parents.
